How are the picks selected?

Our algorithm pulls live bookmaker odds, compares them against a true probability model, and identifies bets where the bookmaker price exceeds the fair value. Only bets with a positive expected value edge are included in our accumulators.

What does expected value mean?

Expected value (EV) measures the long-run profit or loss from a bet at a given price. A positive EV means the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving you a mathematical edge over time.

How often do the accumulators change?

The accumulators refresh automatically every two minutes as new odds data comes in. Picks change when better-value bets become available or when events kick off and are removed from the pool.

Should I bet the full accumulator or singles?

Singles are mathematically safer because variance is lower. However, accumulators multiply the odds of each leg, so even a small bet can return a meaningful amount. Many bettors split their allocation, placing the majority on singles and a small portion on accumulators.

How we keep score

1 unit = R100. Stake size is set by the conviction label: banker = 3 units, value = 2 units, side / longshot = 1 unit.
Price is the price we wrote at publication. No re-pricing if the market moves after we post.
Outcomes settle the day after kick-off. Void bets are excluded from strike rate and return the stake.
Half-cashout markets (Asian handicaps, Asian totals) can settle as half-won or half-lost. Both count as resolved picks.
